Memorial Park

 

 Yesterday we went on a fun outing to Memorial Park. The wind was blowing so hard it was spraying the water out of the fountain! It was nice to get outside and enjoy the day. 

Sports

 

I had lots of fun with my friends playing basketball. I enjoyed watching them throw the balls as high as possible and try and throw it past me. It was fun today

I enjoyed exploring the pipe cleaners on my tractor and then putting them in the foor spa. Every Girls group i love finding the foot spa for myself

I enjoyed exploring these pool noodles and bumping them together, I really enjoyed seeing them used as a ramp

Cooking Library Session

Today the weather was bad so we didn’t get to go to the Library because the weather was bad. So instead of going out we stayed in and made some wedges out of the kūmara Sarah’s mum Linda brought in. We peeled and chopped them up and then seasoned them with herbs from the garden. We read books while we waited for them to cook. 

 

Hot pools

 

What a lovely day out. I really enjoyed the hot pools with my friends. It was so relaxing. I actually really enjoyed using sun lounger for eating on, it was so relaxing and I didn't want to get off. I loved the cold pool most, there was more room for swimming around

Weaving Exhibition

 Today we went to the weaving exhibition near the historic village. It was amazing. I was impressed with all the amazing crafts. We met the students and teachers who did all the work. It was fun walking around and looking at everything.

I had so much fun with the aquafubba and putting my toys in there. They actually sat on top at the beginning which interested me, but as I mixed it up they began to sink. I loved looking at all my gooey toys up close and getting myself all sticky

Sensory room

 

I enjoyed the fish in the sensory room, i waited patiently while the net got untagled from the plants and i loved pushing my bean bag hat off my head. There was lots of fun with the plastic bottle jelly fish too

I love soaking my feet in the foot spas, it so so relaxing  and I love getting to hop in and out as I feel comfortable x

Kite Flying

 

This afternoon I flew a kite at Moreland Fox Park. It was really windy and the kite flew easily. The kite was a pretty purple and pink butterfly. I laid on the ground and watched the kite swirl around in the air. So much fun!

Who is that hiding under the black lights in the colourful sheets? I enjoyed the farm animals as well, some of them also glowed a little too. They made interesting sounds when we banged remember together under the blankets

Fairy Sensory Session

I had an enchanting fairy themed sensory session with Fiona last week. The whole room was decorated with glimmering fairy lights and little fairy houses and mushrooms. We went out and collected different herbs and flowers from the garden to make a homemade garden perfume in a jar. It was so magical.

This was my attempt at the Frisbee throwing today. I enjoyed it because I got to throw one after the other. It was a lovely day outside

Rocks for others

 

Today at Yatton Park we hid the rocks we painted last week. I hid one of mine in a tree 😂😂😂😂.DG

Sensory

 

I enjoyed the orbeez, they felt funny when I had to find the toys. And I lo ed watching them sink in the water. I had a great time getting splashed by water

I love girls group and I go straight to the cupboard and get the foot spa. I loved using the ebsolm salt bath bombs we made and just relaxing.
